I had been looking for a Murano for my wife for some time. I found one I liked on the Balise website, I stopped in and met Scott he was great right off the bat. No pressure, a fair price, overall a very pleasant buying experience. I had a very minor issue that was beyond there control but could have been communicated to me better where I had to wait much longer than expected to meet with thier finance manager Toby (who was great as well and very apologetic that I had to wait) When it came time to take delivery, Scott was VERY patient and thorough going over all the features and options with my wife whom is not a very technical, or gadget savy person. I was looking for a used small SUV - preferably a Honda CRV. While driving by Balise Nissan, I decided to stop and see what they had in used cars. I ended up trading my 1996 Honda Accord for a used 2006 Volvo V50 Wagon. Scott Zaino listened to what I wanted, showed me a list of exactly what was on the lot, and let me choose the cars I wanted to test drive. He made the test drives and buying process a lot of fun, and though I believe my trade in should have been more, Scott did get me the bottom line price I wanted on the Volvo. It was freezing cold and he transferred all my personal belongings to the new car for me, filled it with gas, and sat for a good amount of time going over all the features of the car. He also arranged to have some things checked by the service department that I felt needed attention. The service department was also pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. My experience was good all around. My biggest complement is that my questions were all answered, and I never felt pressured to buy the car. I purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership in Sept. 0f 2010. I do live in Worcester Ma and spend a lot of time on Cape Cod. I had been looking at Nissan Rogues and Honda Crv for quite some time, I liked the way the Nissan handled but the deciding factor was due to the dealership and Sales Manager Erick Martinez. Erick made the dreaded car buying process so easy. I hate the "Whats the best deal you can give me" and the dealers "We can do this for you bottom line" and when you say not good enough they seem to do a little better which keeps you thinking am I getting a good deal or not. Erick on the other hand gave me his best price right off the bat and also added a couple of extras. ( as we all know you have already done your homework and know what price they need to come in at). I have had my car for about 6 mo. now and have also had 1 service visit at the dealership. My car was taken in for the oil change and check up right on time and everyone could not have been nicer. I recently purchased my 4th Nissan Altima from Len Arsenault (who has been my salesperson for all 4 purchases). After my wife and I had a very bad experience with another nissan dealership on Cape, I decided to give Balise Nissan a shot and am glad I did. When I've gone in there, they didn't pressure me to buy a car right away. I did this for sometime and finally found one that I liked. Again, no pressure, and was able to work out a very fair deal. For once in my life, I had a great car-buying experience! My experience as a woman has always been that I've felt uncomfortable, thinking the salesman had only his dealership's best interest at heart. I never felt as if they were putting MY best interest before theirs. At Balise, I didn't feel that way. I was welcomed! I was able to take my time in looking around without a salesman running after me in the lot. I didn't feel rushed at all. It was not until I walked into the dealership that the salesman, Peter, greeted me at the door and he answered all my questions, instead of Nissan wanting all my information first. We decided to buy at balize nissan because they had a nice selection of used vehicles and were pleasant to work with. We know alot about automobiles and like to do our research and they treated us with the respect with the quality of knowledge that we would demand. They did not try to pressure us and for that I was very pleased. Many other dealers and sales persons push their agenda and treat the customer with disrespect. Buying an expensive purchase should be a positive experience which it was for us. Erik extended himself and treated us like the neighbors we are. My recent car purchase with Balise Nissan in Hyannis was terrific. I was very specific with what type Murano I was looking for--color, interior, features, etc., and I really wouldn't compromise. While they did not have the exact car on their lot at the time they were able to locate one quickly. Looking for the best deal, I also took the time to explore options with two other Nissan dealers, one in Bourne and one in Kingston. After comparing apples to apples my interaction with Peter Stout at Balise was much better than the other dealership's representatives and Balise offered the best price for the car I wanted. I intended to sell my existing car on my own but Balise also provided me with a good trade value. Peter Stout is truly a professional and a gentleman and a pleasure to work with as is his sales manager, Eric. I bought my nissan from elsewhere and have had some recent problems with it that other shops have failed to fix properly. I even took it to another dealer and they charged me over 1,000 dollars to replace my speedometer, only fix it for a couple of days. Fed up, i took it to Balise Nissan for a second opinion and they charged me 80 dollars to diagnose the problem which ended up being some loose wiring. Another 50 dollars to repair it and problem is fixed. On top of that i knew i needed brakes very soon and their prices were less than every other place i had been too previously so i had them replace my brakes. I had my vehicle at another Nissan facility and had it checked over for a noise I was hearing when turning. I was told that there was nothing wrong several times. I got so sick and tired of feeling like I was not being listened to that I took the vehicle out of that dealership and drove to the nearest Nissan dealer which happened to be Balise. I have a family member who lives in Springfield who had good experiences out there so I figured I would give it a shot. They took the my Murano in the same day I called, no wait and went on a roadtest with me (why the other dealer didnt do this is beyond me). On the roadtest I heard the noise and so did the mechanic riding with me. Its so good to not feel insane. They told me I shouldnt be driving it, and put me in a rental car from Enterprise. They called me later that day to tell me it was my transmission making noise, and better yet it was covered under some sort of extension from Nissan. I had the Murano back 3 days later, all fixed, no charges to me, and I felt great knowing that I was taken care of by people who really seemed to care. Ive been going to this dealership for a few years now. Sometime between my last service visit and now they changed pricing. Oil changes are now under $20! I thought it was a gimic but it turns out that its not! I ended up bringing in my wifes Toyota for service because the local Toyota dealer charges $37 for an oil change! The advisor Chip told me they lowered prices on just about everything, brakes, batteries, etc. Chip is the most down to earth advisor I have ever dealt with at Balise or anywhere else.
